What are the responsibilities and job description for the Implementation Management position at CERIS Health?
The Implementation Manager will be responsible for enhancement to existing products and development of new products to broaden current service offerings. This role will also be accountable for project management and implementation management with new and existing clients. The primary purpose of the role is to work closely with the assigned Account Manager, Implementation Coordinators, IT, and Operations to complete the implementation of client programs and to facilitate the transition to field operations and account management personnel for ongoing servicing. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Participates in oral presentations
- Prepares and manages implementation plan from prospect presentation through conclusion
- Identifies required resources
- Develops and prepares information necessary for setup of customer across all CorVel systems
- Coordinates all internal meetings on a regular basis to address all stakeholders of implementation process steps – this includes Account Management, field operations, regional and corporate IT
- Assigns duties / responsibilities to team participants
- Communicates activity progress to involved stakeholders
- Resolves issues that arise involving client when appropriate
- Prepares and distributes minutes of all implementation meetings – internal and external
- Transitions program to permanent account management personnel
- Possess complete understanding of program design, processes, client expectations and partner
- Supports the Enterprise Comp model
- Knowledge of CorVel's services and completion of all CorVel Product Training Modules
- Travel as required
- Follow CorVel policies and procedures
- Comply with all safety rules and regulations during work hours in conjunction with the Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP)
- Requires regular and consistent attendance
- Additional duties may be assigned

Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors : federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
Pay Range : $58,282 – $93,870
