Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:-
At least 6 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 1 year of licensed health care practice, clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience

At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Clinical Studies, Health Care or related field
- Registered Nurse - State Board
- Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
- Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience leading large change management initiatives with foundational understanding of industry change management interventions
- Previous experience working with Cerner Millennium applications
- Previous experience managing large, complex full cycle solution implementations
- Comprehensive understanding of hospital and/or ambulatory clinical practices
- Possess decision making skills as well as the ability to deal with ambiguity
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and Process orientated
- Strong analytic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrates the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work to meet adapting deadlines
