Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
- Utilize Salesforce software to manage leads, track sales customers, and analyze leads and deals.
- Conduct sales to potential and existing clients and promote the products and services we offer.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products based on client needs.
- Collaborate with the the sales team to align sales strategies with promotional initiatives and meet monthly goals.
- We are a start to finish dealership so you will be doing paperwork as well as selling.
- Manage account portfolios by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or account management is preferred, particularly in automotive or some kind of vehicle sales.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and customer data to inform sales strategies.
- Experience in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role. The better you are the more money you will make.
