Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing title processing tasks, entering inventory, and ensuring compliance with state law. You will be providing exceptional customer service for our family of customers. This role requires strong organizational skills and familiarity with computer systems to effectively support our clients and facilitate smooth transactions. You must be able to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Process title documents accurately and efficiently to ensure timely completion of transactions.
- Notarize titles, records and legal documents.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to title processing and provide excellent customer service throughout the transaction process.
- Collaborate with office manager and sales professionals to gather necessary documentation for title transfers.
- Maintain organized records of all title transactions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Utilize dealer track and other systems to analyze property data and support title research efforts.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to titles in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Must be a Notary in the state of pa or willing to go to school to become one.
- Previous experience in title processing or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of law and regulations is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in research techniques, including the ability to analyze legal documents and public records.
- Familiarity with any titles is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
