Job Description
The Business Systems Analyst position is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions to enhance system efficiency. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform system administration tasks, including business process configuration, report development, and end-user training
- Analyze business requirements, select effective solutions, and coordinate with other personnel to ensure system integrity
- Work closely with users to define and analyze business and operational problems
- Develop and maintain accurate reports and data analysis
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes
