Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidiate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently. This is a part-time position approx. 6 hours/week in Boynton Beach with balance of hours being remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, send and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner using various platforms.
- Conduct internet research and provide detailed findings when needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technological issues (e.g., connecting devices like iPads to WiFi).
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) to assist with daily tasks and projects
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Outlook and Gmail.
- Tech savvy including bluetooth and all various platforms.
- Strong research skills and internet navigation abilities.
- Comfortable solving basic tech-related issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
