**Job Description:**
As an EIFS & Stucco Repair Craftsman, you will play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and restoring EIFS and stucco finishes for residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will help ensure that our clients’ properties are visually appealing, energy-efficient, and structurally sound.

**Responsibilities:**
- Perform repairs on EIFS and stucco systems, including patching, re-coating, and finishing surfaces.
- Evaluate damage, determine necessary repairs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Mix, match, and apply textures and colors to blend repairs seamlessly with existing surfaces.
- Inspect and ensure the durability of repairs, adhering to safety standards and best practices.
- Operate tools and equipment safely, including trowels, power tools, and scaffolding.
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress and any adjustments needed.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in EIFS and stucco repair or related field.
- Proficiency with EIFS applications, stucco systems, and exterior finishes.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Certifications in EIFS and stucco systems are a plus.
- Familiarity with different types of EIFS materials and finishes.
- Experience in color-matching and texture-blending techniques.
