Position Overview:
- Provide support to the following functions: Marketing, Sales, Production, Financial, Administrative, Human Resource and Business Development.
Responsibilities:
- Answer office phone and redirect customer questions or concerns.
- Schedule estimates for Sales Associates.
- Manage production calendar - calling customers to set date, assigning crews to job, etc.
- Order paint and materials, if needed.
- Daily communication with crews through job progression.
- Conduct follow ups with customers, including after job completion.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and apparel.
- Manage paperwork for new hires and terminated employees.
- Help plan production meetings with crews and staff.
- Handle other administrative tasks when needed.
- Some work in QuickBooks may be required.
- Perform marketing tasks as needed - job site photos, social media posts, etc.
Qualifications/Certifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- College degree a plus
- Experienced with social media
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Knowledge of Microsoft office packages
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- 1 to 3 years of office work experience (preferred)
