Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and pursue potential commercial clients through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in commercial organizations.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' painting requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the value and benefits of our commercial painting services.
- Prepare accurate and detailed proposals, addressing client needs and expectations.
Quota Achievement:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas each quarter.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- EXPERIENCE IN THE PAINTING INDUSTRY IS HIGHLY PREFERRED!
- Proven track record in commercial sales, preferably in the painting or construction industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clientele.
