In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with potential clients, managing painting projects, and developing new business. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with potential clients, managing painting projects, and developing new business. Residential Painting Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with potential customers to understand their painting needs and build lasting relationships
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with customers to provide customized proposals
- Manage painting projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Work with crews to communicate scope and expectations of job. Job start with crew and customer to align expectations.
- Work with Crews and Customer on change orders during job.
- Communicate with customers regularly to provide updates and ensure satisfaction
- Promote our brand through community events and marketing tactics
- Attend regional or national training conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Attend monthly teams meetings for training
- Attend quarterly sales meetings with other franchise sales associates
- Weekly meetings to set goals and go over prior weeks successes
Residential Painting Sales Associate Qualifications:
2 year degree in a related field is preferred
2 year degree in a related field is preferred
- Prior sales experience in the construction or painting industry is preferred
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- History of accomplishments and promotions
- Some knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to use measurement tools: Analog and digital
- Willing to learn and use an estimating tool provided on a Surface or iPad
