New Construction Painting Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced New Construction Painting Project Manager to oversee and manage painting projects for new construction developments and projects. This role involves coordinating with contractors, managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring quality control, and maintaining compliance with safety and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of painting processes, and experience in managing large-scale projects. Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget, in collaboration with clients and general contractors.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing project updates, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Budget Management: Monitor project finances, including expenses, hours, and material costs, to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and productivity.
• Team Supervision: Lead and supervise painting crews, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to assess workmanship quality and compliance with project requirements, making adjustments as necessary to ensure high-quality results.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, and provide regular updates to clients.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards, and address any non-compliance issues promptly.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements, implementing best practices to optimize project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of construction management is required!
• 5 years of commercial painting experience is preferred!
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of construction regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
