- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential commercial clients seeking painting services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Conduct on-site assessments to understand clients' painting needs and provide accurate project estimates.
- Develop and present customized painting solutions that meet client's objectives and budget requirements.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure the successful execution of projects and maintain client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Qualifications
- Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the commercial painting, home service, or construction industry. Bidding and estimating experience are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- High energy and motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of commercial painting products and services.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites.
- What We Offer
- Competitive base salary of $55-75k annually DOE, and strong commission structure, rewarding your hard work and success. Average earnings of $150-250k annually. A company car and gas card may be provided. Professional growth, coaching, and development opportunities are available.
