To achieve this, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Painter Trainer to join our team and help us inspire, coach, and train individuals with little to no painting experience.
Position Overview : As a Painter Trainer, you will play a critical role in transferring your expertise to new painters, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and confidence to succeed. This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about coaching, mentoring, and fostering growth in others while helping our company maintain its high standards of quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for individuals with little or no painting experience.
- Coach and mentor new and existing painters, fostering skill development and confidence.
- Inspire and motivate trainees to excel in both residential and commercial painting projects.
- Evaluate trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to ensure training programs align with company goals and project requirements.
