**What You'll Do as a Production Field Assistant:**
-Recruit and hire painters and crews
-Schedule all projects
-Visit job sites to monitor and support painting projects from start to finish.
- Work closely with skilled painting teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain high-quality standards and ensure attention to detail on every job.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their expectations are exceeded.
- Assist with onboarding to ensure the team is set up for success.
- Ensure adherence to field programs, safety protocols, and conduct regular safety meetings.
**What We're Looking For:**
- Experience in painting, construction or a related field
-Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
- High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
-Spanish speaking a plus
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with email and spreadsheets.
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays and nights as needed.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
**Compensation & Benefits:**
