RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate multiple projects with respect to customer needs and painting crew's strengths.
- Ensure painting crews are exceeding customer expectations regarding quality, communication, and scheduling
- Communicate with crews and Production Manager daily
- Visit and inspect job sites to ensure crews are meeting or exceeding brand delivery and safety standards
- Build and foster a performance culture with painting crews to maximize productivity and profitability
- Take ownership with diligent client follow-up and follow-through
- Ensure that all field programs, systems, and initiatives are being executed at a high level
- Actively participate in the development and retention of painting crews
- Systemically onboard painting crews to position them for operational success
- Provide field training and coach painting crews to improve brand delivery and productivity
- Take on projects within the company to help promote growth and process efficiencies
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive responsibly
- Bilingual Spanish and English preferred, but not required
- Ability to be a team player
- Strong communication skills
- Must be computer literate in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other Microsoft apps
- Ability to multi-task, which requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a high standard of quality
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in the painting industry preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
