Position Overview
We are hiring a Residential Project Manager to oversee painting projects throughout the I-35 Corridor between San Antonio and Austin. This role ensures projects are completed efficiently, on time, and with the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.
Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Oversee residential painting projects from start to finish, coordinating between crews and clients.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards in workmanship, proper paint application, and job completion.
- Customer Service: Communicate with clients, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly address and resolve any project challenges.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress and costs.
A Day in the Life
Morning:
- Review the day’s schedule and prepare materials.
- Conduct site visits to ensure readiness and safety compliance.
- Check in with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
Mid-Morning:
- Monitor work progress and oversee crews.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure quality work.
- Provide project updates to clients.
Afternoon:
- Inspect work for quality assurance and necessary touch-ups.
- Prepare for upcoming projects by confirming schedules and materials.
- Address any material or crew-related issues.
Late Afternoon:
- Review project progress and update reports.
- Conduct final walk-throughs with clients.
- Plan for the next day’s work.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Required:
- 3-5 years of construction or residential project management experience.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage client relationships.
- Proficiency with technology, numbers, and project management software.
- Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality work.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Experience in the painting or home improvement industry.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
