Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Estimating:
- Conduct in-home consultations and generate detailed proposals
- Present services in a professional, persuasive manner to earn business
- Customer Service:
- Guide customers through the project lifecycle with consistent communication
- Follow up after project completion to ensure satisfaction and drive referrals
- Team Collaboration:
- Work with production teams to set expectations and ensure high-quality delivery
- Marketing & Networking:
- Attend local events, build referral relationships, and support lead generation efforts
- Performance Metrics:
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals on a monthly and annual basis
Qualifications:
- Must Have:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and active auto insurance
- Experience:
- 2 years in a customer-facing, in-home sales role (commission-based preferred)
- Skills:
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM platforms and productivity tools
- Organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
