UW-Madison's Division of Information Technology - Enterprise Business Systems is looking for an Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) consultant with experience in Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Testing and Support of Data Warehousing and Data Integration Solutions using Informatica and is experienced with AWS.
Team Overview
On July 1, 2025, the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system Workday will be deployed across the UW–Madison campus and UW system, effectively replacing HR and finance PeopleSoft systems. Workday modernizes and streamlines enterprise human resource, finance, and research administration activities by
providing process standardization and increased flexibility for its users. This enables them to spend less time on tedious, redundant tasks and more time on projects that better support teaching and learning.
The UW–Madison ERP Ancillary Systems Program (ASP) is partnering with Administrative Transformation Program (ATP), other enterprise level programs, and UW–Madison schools, colleges, institutes and divisions. While ATP is responsible for migrating systems from PeopleSoft to Workday and training end-users on the Workday functionality, the ASP team is responsible for ensuring that more than 800 systems that currently interact with financial or HR data from PeopleSoft continue to work, uninterrupted, once Workday goes live, and that their system owners are supported through this change.

Responsibilities
- Mentor team on creating and implementing Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) integrations.
- Contribute to IICS integration design for future-state HR and financial ancillary systems.
- Meet regularly with Development team and leads.
- Attend stand up meetings & Sprint Reviews to report on work status.
