We are hiring an area manager in a new, fast growing automotive calibration industry. The Automotive Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) market is projected to grow by 185% by 2030. Certified ADAS LLC is responsible for collision avoidance technologies that ensure vehicle safety after collision repairs for vehicles and their families. We are passionate about being in the forefront of vehicle technology, safety, and quality.
Certified ADAS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to lead our operations in our Inland Empire market. We are a leading player in the automotive industry, specializing in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), and we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. If you have a strong background in operations management, experience in managing multiple locations, and a passion for the automotive industry, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Able to perform scans, diag, & ADAS calibrations on all makes & models.
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations in our East LA and Inland Empire markets, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our facilities.
- Employee Management: Supervise, schedule, and manage employees, ensuring they are paid accurately and on time. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to our team.
- Client Relations: Foster strong communication with collision center accounts, addressing any issues promptly and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Assist in sales efforts and collaborate with the team to generate new collision center accounts, contributing to business growth.
- Communication: Maintain daily communication with collision center owners and managers, keeping them informed about our services and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Organization and Compliance: Ensure organizational efficiency, adherence to company policies, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Leadership: Lead by example, motivating and guiding our employees to achieve their best potential and contribute to the company's success.
Qualifications:
- ADAS calibration experience REQUIRED
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the automotive industry or collision center sector.
- Experience managing multiple locations is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to following established rules and procedures.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of ADAS a plus
- Ability to resolve employee issues effectively and create a positive work environment.
- Sales experience and the ability to generate new business relationships is a plus.
