With this new industry growth, Certified ADAS LLC is seeking a Billing Assistant Manager to join our team. This position includes managing a team of billing specialists and working closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and efficient billing operations.
Position Overview:
As the Billing Assistant Manager at Certified ADAS, you will play a critical role in overseeing the billing department. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate invoices, auditing billing processes, and managing other billing specialists. Your efforts will contribute to the financial integrity of our operations and ensure excellent service for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Management: Oversee the creation of accurate invoices for clients using our billing software. Ensure all invoices reflect the services provided and adhere to company policies.
- Team Supervision: Manage and guide a team of billing specialists, providing support and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Auditing: Review and audit invoices for precision and compliance with contracts and services rendered. Address and resolve discrepancies with other departments.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas to streamline billing processes and improve accuracy and efficiency within the department.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of invoices, audits, and supporting documentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting, finance, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in billing, accounting, or a related field, with prior leadership experience preferred.
- Proficiency in billing or accounting software (knowledge of Omega EDI is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and audits.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
Necessary Skills and Experience:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
