Position Overview:
As a Biller at Certified ADAS, you will play a vital role in our finance department. You will be responsible for creating accurate invoices for our clients in the Phoenix market using our billing software. Additionally, you will be tasked with auditing invoices to ensure their precision and compliance with company policies. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations and ensuring our clients receive accurate billing information.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Generation: Utilize billing software to create invoices for clients in the Phoenix market. Ensure all invoices are accurately generated and reflect the services provided to clients.
Invoice Auditing: Review invoices for completeness and accuracy, cross-referencing them with client contracts and services provided. Identify and rectify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in invoices. Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve billing discrepancies and discrepancies in a timely manner.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of all invoices, including supporting documentation and audit reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting, finance, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in billing, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using billing software and accounting software (knowledge of Omega EDI is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Necessary Skills and Experience:
- Must have a valid Driver’s License, and a clean driving record
