- Groundskeeper / Porters ( NO TOOLS NEEDED for this Entry-Level Position )
- Make Ready Techs ( Must know drywall, sheetrock, appliances and more )
- Housekeepers
- Assistant Maintenance ( Complete Work Orders )
- EPA/HVAC Techs ( with Multi-Family Experience )
- Lead Supervisors ( EPA , HVAC , CPO Certifications plus 3 years experience )
We are currently seeking Apartment Maintenance to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Salary : $18 - $23
