Our Business Development team interacts with hundreds of customers each day, either online, via text, and over the phone, in responding to leads in a timely fashion. By answering questions and providing additional information, you will be able to assist customers either in purchasing their vehicles online or setting up appointments at our stores. It is important that each member of the Business Development team provide exceptional customer service in assisting our customers in selecting the perfect vehicle that fits their needs and desires.

Responsibilities:
- Ability to converse with customers to understand and meet their needs
- Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
- Ability to actively listen and prompt an exceptional customer experience
- Utilize CRM tracking system and working knowledge of other computerized software systems
- Follows up with sales appointments
- Monitor incoming leads and assigns them to the Product Specialist.
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-shows
- Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with, sales teams, and dealership management
Qualifications:
- Prior Automotive BDC experience is preferred. If not, you should have a solid background in providing outstanding customer service in a sales environment
- Team player attitude
- Enthusiastic personality
- Must have strong computer skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
