What are the responsibilities and job description for the Highline Internet Management / BDC position at Certified Benz & Beemer?

In this role, you will be helping our Product Specialists follow up, set appointments, and help them complete their everyday tasks.

Responsibilities

Follows up with sales appointments

Monitor incoming leads and assign them to the Product Specialist.

Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-shows

Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with sales teams, and dealership management

Utilize CRM tracking system daily

At least one previous role based on strong customer service experience
