Driver Manager
Essential Functions of a Driver Manager:
- Effectively manage the coordination and scheduling of drivers
- Dispatch loads for customers
- Manage driver scheduling (example: home time, shop maintenance, DOT testing) and load dispatching
- Administrator on McLeod Software, TK Tracking, and Isaac.
- All other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements of a Driver Manager:
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5 Years of Dispatching experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be thorough and have great organization skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to handle multi-functions
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and office functions
- Ability to work proficiently and efficiently in a timely manner
- Ability to take calls after standard business hours
- Highly detail oriented
Work Environment: Driver Manager duties operate in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, scanners, phones, copiers, and filing cabinets.
Physical Demands: Driver Manager duties require the ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. It may also require walking primarily on a level surface for certain periods of time, as well as, reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to file documents.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Exact schedule based on needs of the employer. On call rotation (Nights and Weekends) every few weeks.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
