We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Manager to join Central Florida's largest independent personal financial consulting firm. As IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s technological infrastructure, ensuring the efficient operation of all IT systems, and leading technology projects. Your Impact
• Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the firm’s goals.
• IT Management: Manage technology offerings related to advisor business processing, client reporting, workflow, billing, record retention, marketing, et.al, ensuring our tech stack promotes optimal efficiency.
• Project Management: Lead technology projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with IT vendors to ensure the best service and pricing.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure all technology systems comply with industry regulations and maintain robust cybersecurity measures.
• Support and Training: Provide technical support to staff and ensure they are well-trained on the firm’s technology tools.
What You’ll Need
• 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Microsoft 365 certification preferred.
• Experience with securities and investment advisory technology applications, preferably Black Diamond, Salesforce, Right Capital, and client onboarding platforms.
• Knowledge of Laserfiche, Adobe, Sage accounting software, CISCO, and VM Ware a plus, but not required.
• Proven experience in project management and leading technology initiatives.
• Knowledge of SEC, FINRA, and state advisory regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
