Summary:
The Inspections Coordinator at Certified Fire will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the inspections process within the organization. The Inspections Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring quality service delivery and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
(May perform additional duties of similar complexity within Certified Fire and Security as required or assigned.)
· Creates and maintains service agreements that ensure compliance with regulations and client needs
· Efficiently schedules and coordinates inspection appointments, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
· Prepares and submits accurate reports to city authorities in compliance with local regulations.
· Manages the billing process, ensuring all services are invoiced correctly and timely.
· Collaborates with team members and clients to address inquiries and resolve issues related to inspections and billing.
· Maintains organized records of agreements, schedules, reports and billing documents for easy access and reference.
· Facilitates accurate City reporting
· Ensures timely billing for services rendered
· Ensure clear and timely communication with all team members and customers, both internal and external
· Maintains a safe and secure work environment by following safe practices; following all job site safety requirements and keeping security information confidential.
· Accurately record all hours spent on jobs worked. This may include using a time clock to clock in and out for shifts, and/or tracking time spent on each job site.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Experience preferred, but not required
Licensing: Valid Driver License
Skills:
- Excellent two-way communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and city officials
- Must be able to effectively operate a smart phone device
- Ability to work as a team or independently
- Strong time management skills

Salary Range:
$18-$25/hour, depending on experience
