- INTAKE OF LOAN APPLICATIONS: taking of initial loan applications, entering all the data, including approvals, loan documents, flood determinations, etc.
- VERBAL EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATIONS: responsible for conducting verbal verifications of employment
- RESPA / LOAN ESTIMATES: responsible for sending out RESPA / loan estimates.
- BACK UP OFFICE RECEPTIONIST – fill in for receptionist, as needed.
- Calyx Point Software experience is not required, but a plus
- DocuSign experience is a plus
- Strong Math Aptitude with ability to do basic calculations
- Computer literate and type between 60 – 65 wpm (with strong accuracy)
