Luxury Auto Glass Technician

Qualifications:

• 2 or more years in an Auto Glass Technician role
• Ability to safely perform auto glass replacements following manufacturers specifications
• Ability to frequently lift 50 to 75 pounds, and bend, kneel and stand on a regular basis
• Flexibility with hours and days trained/worked, as workloads fluctuate
• Comfort working outside in a variety of weather conditions.
• Present a professional appearance and wear personal protective equipment
• Diploma/GED/Equivalent preferred; ability to read, write and interpret technical directions required.
• Possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record

• You are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines

Job Description:

• Utilize hand and power tools to remove moldings, wipers, mirrors, windshields, door glasses, quarter glasses and back glasses minimizing any vehicle damage according to specified procedures
• Ability to perform rock chip repair
• Ability to learn and perform ADAS recalibrations
• Keep track of and inspect the glass picked up from suppliers and dealerships
• Return any unused, and/or warranty glass for refunds
• Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of supplies on vehicles and in shop
• This position requires a person who is highly attentive to detail and has the physical strength required to work with large pieces of auto glass.
• Complete all administrative duties and payment collection upon completion of job

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
