We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Certified Home Nursing Solutions. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for conducting short pre-screening interviews with applicants, distributing employment applications, and conducting reference checks.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare employee files for Orientation.
- Maintain all employee benefit records.
- Notify employees of end of 90-day probationary period and corresponding eligibility for benefits.
- Complete employer sections of I-9 forms and verify employee eligibility.
- Follow up on work authorizations that expire.
