Inspector / Renovation Projects - Denver, CO - Area
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Must have minimum of:
- Three years as a Home Inspector or
- Three years as a Remodeling Contractor or
- Three years as a General Contractor or
- Three years as a Residential Insurance Adjuster
2. Must be familiar with:
- Local building codes
- Local contractor pricing
3. Must have experience to:
- Review renovation projects - with a provided contractor bid
4. Must produce a resume reflecting:
- Past experience (must be verifiable)
- Special education and or training
5. Must produce a list of references on past work experience
- Three past clients
- One current client
6. Must have the following:
- Cell Phone
- Computer
- Access to high speed internet to transfer large files and photos
- Have Microsoft excel 2016 (or Higher)
- Must be proficient using excel
- Digital camera
7. You will be responsible for the following:
- Transportation
- Gas
- Insurance
- Step ladder
- Flashlight
8. We will provide the following:
- Software template at no charge
- Training to use the template
9. Compensation:
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- Pay for completed assignment's weekly
- Initial Property Evaluation - Initial Inspection (30 - 45 min)
- Compensated at $195 per property
- Follow‐up Draw inspections ‐‐ to approve work completed. (15 - 20 Min)
- Compensated at $95 per scheduled visit
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $1,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
