Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily departmental activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and communications for the department.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
- Provide clerical support including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent phone etiquette to enhance client relations.
- Communicate professionally with clients concerning their service needs.
- Bill and collect on work performed
- Order parts and materials as needed for jobs
Experience
- Proven experience in a clerical or office management role is preferred.
- Familiarity with service calls and billing
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
