Requirements
- Manufacture driveline components to print specifications.
- Perform applicable Quality Assurance checks.
- Document quality and production metrics.
- Perform machine preventive maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area.
- Identify applicable sections of production schedule and prepare for daily tasks.
- Light machine corrective maintenance.
- Material handling.
- Process improvements and fixturing.
- Basic CNC programming knowledge, both Mazatrol and “G” code.
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints.
- Comprehensive knowledge of geometric tolerancing.
- Cursory knowledge of SPC and ISO requirements.
- One year experience in a production manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Ability to document quality and production metrics.
