Job Description:
The Manufacturing Quality Manager at Certified PowerTrain is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards. This involves developing and implementing quality control procedures, supporting production processes, and managing a team of quality control inspectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ISO 9001:2015 quality control procedures to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
- Create and maintain control plans for production, including PPAPs per customer requirements
- Monitor production processes to identify potential quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Manage a team of quality control inspectors to ensure thorough inspection and quality standards before shipment
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance product quality and reduce defects
- Work closely with suppliers and customers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain quality metrics to track and report on product quality and process improvements
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering or manufacturing preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in a quality management role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and best practices

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:
