Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured by Certified PowerTrain meet the highest quality standards. This includes developing and implementing quality control procedures, supporting production processes, and managing a team of quality control inspectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ISO 9001:2015 quality control procedures to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
- Create and maintain control plans for production, including PPAPs per customer requirements
- Monitor production processes to identify potential quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Manage a team of quality control inspectors to ensure thorough inspection and quality standards before shipment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering or manufacturing preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in a quality management role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and best practices
- Experience managing a team of quality control inspectors
