About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Quality Manager to join our team at Certified PowerTrain. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance product quality and reduce defects
- Work closely with suppliers and customers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain quality metrics to track and report on product quality and process improvements
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering or manufacturing preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in a quality management role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and best practices
- Experience managing a team of quality control inspectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
