What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Supply Administrator position at Certified Products II LLC?
Working for a landscape supply company in New Berlin.
We are seeking an Administrator to join our team!
Tasks include:
*Scheduling of daily deliveries and assuring deliveries are on the schedule
*Processing daily paperwork
*Managing credit card receipts
*Greet and assist guests
*Answer inbound telephone calls
*Develop and implement organized filing systems
*Perform all other office tasks to include but not limited to, daily cleaning and restocking of supplies
*Quick Books knowledge is a plus
*Assist with hiring and terminating employees
*Assist with training new employees
*Assist with implementations
*Managing advertising, promotions, websites, emails etc.
*Rotating Saturdays a month required during peak season, April - September
*Saturdays as needed after September
*Seasonal
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
