Project Manager

Here at Certified Roofing Solutions, LLC, we are looking to add another member to our team! We are searching for someone to fill our Roofing Project Manager position. You would be responsible for the following duties:

• Coordinate company resources and vendors to exceed industry standards

• Ensure that all projects are completed on-time, within the scope of work and within budget

• Develop and maintain a project schedule to monitor and track the progress of roofing projects

• Manage change orders as needed to complete projects.

• Maintain accurate records to track job profit/loss reports

• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

• Report and coordinate with management as needed

• Maintain communication with the customers and team members throughout the project

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors utilizing computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Acculynx, Quickbooks, etc.

• Meet with clients to clarify/modify specific requirements of each project

• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' strengths, skill sets and experience levels

Requirements:

• Experienced in project management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Project Management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Roofing: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
