Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual who is deeply familiar with the inner workings of mobile apps, from a user, IT, technical and developer perspective. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of navigating, analyzing, and understanding mobile apps across multiple platforms (iOS, Android). This role blends curiosity with technical expertise and requires the ability to quickly grasp complex app structures and communicate those insights effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Mobile App: Review and troubleshoot our app, SAFETY AT CSD INNOVATIONS on iOS and Android platforms for usability, functionality, and overall performance.
- Learn & Teach Features and Functions: Learn and Understand app interface to clearly document the key features, workflows, and functionalities of mobile apps.
- Break Down User Interactions: Assess how users interact with apps and identify pain points or areas for improvement.
- Test for User Experience: Work with customers to conduct user experience testing & identify app performance issues, assess functionality, and suggest enhancements.
- Collaborate with Development Team: Work closely with development teams to share insights and recommendations for app optimization and improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems (iOS, Android) and user behavior.
- IT experience, preferably with direct interaction with customers and end-users.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and app structures.
- Experience with app workflows, user interactions, and app functionality.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings, providing actionable feedback, and conducting user walkthroughs and presentations.
- Ability to travel to customer locations as required.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with app development teams or exposure to app development processes.
- Familiarity with app architecture or basic knowledge of coding languages used in mobile app development (e.g., Swift, Java, Kotlin).
- Trucking/transportation industry knowledge
Pay:
- Negotiable based on experience
