Major Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions Communicate and interact with customers daily Install and train customer on software and equipment Operate field automation system – E-Automate Cooperate and communicate with technical team and leaders, and share information Drive fleet vehicle as business necessitates and per policy Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Great mechanical skills and good understanding of electronic components Strong knowledge of Windows based systems and high level of technical skills Excellent troubleshooting skills Ability to read and understand schematics and parts diagrams Great communication and excellent customer service skills Ability to maintain a professional appearance Ability to obtain gaming licensures including extensive criminal and financial background checks Have and maintain a very clean driving record Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules Ability to operate hand trucks and pallet jacks
