Responsible for the operations of manufacturing production. Ensure products are produced on time with the highest standard of quality. In charge of motivating team members, shop documentation, schedule and production hours.
Requirements
- 5 years experience manufacturing supervision experience.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Successfully train team members in productivity and safety.
- Ability to couch and mentor team members on a one-on-one basis as well as as a team.
