What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Rep position at Certified Tattoo Studios?
The vision of Certified Tattoo Studios is to “Revolutionize an Ancient Craft…One Tattoo at a Time”. We are currently looking for outgoing and goal oriented Brand Reps who want to join our fun and welcoming team. Your drive, motivation, and energy will help us reach our vision by ensuring that we continue to be Colorado’s favorite tattoo studio.
As a Brand Rep, you will work closely with our Brand Rep Manager to ensure that our tattoo & piercing studios are running on all cylinders and that they promote the level of excellence that is tied to the Certified brand. Your responsibilities would include opening and closing the studio, managing daily operations, greeting clients, handling cash transactions, answering phones, ensuring minimum legal liabilities are met, maintaining artist calendars, maintaining studio cleanliness, along with all other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to intuit client needs, problem-solve, and provide accurate information. A client-oriented approach is essential.
The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while working closely with our artists and support staff to ensure a smooth and professional operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Open and close the studio
- Ensure the studio is maintained up to our high standards
- Greet and welcome guests
- Handle cash and credit card transactions without error
- Manage and maintain studio inventory
- Maintain artist calendars without error
- Acquire a solid understanding of tattoo placement, design, and individual artist styles
- Set up all artists for success through thorough communication with clients, artists, and all support staff
- Answer questions and address issues as they arise
- Answer all incoming calls and direct them as required or provide relevant information
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Check and answer emails
- Monitor office supplies
- Keep updated records and files
- Take up other duties as assigned
- Attend trainings as necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as front desk representative, manager, agent or other relevant position
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Knowledge of office management
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Excellent knowledge in Google platform
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
- High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 25 per week
