What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Relations Assistant position at Certify Teacher?
*Answers emails, answers phone calls, prepares reports
*Performs input of data entry into a computerized system database
*Generates/extends computer system credentials to customers
*Tests/troubleshoots software products and reports issues to technical team promptly
*Works with other departments responding to requests
*Performs other related duties as assigned
MUST HAVE SKILLS
*Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
*Exceptional customer service skills for interacting over the phone and via email with customers
*Ability to get along with coworkers, recognize and respect superiors, and comply with company policies and procedures
*Ability to learn new web application systems quickly
*Knowledge of operating standard office equipment and technologies (smartphone app, stamp meter, etc..)
*Ability to prioritize projects, strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
*Ability to communicate and follow up with team and clients promptly
*Good research skills and strong attention to detail
*Ability to multitask, be organized and follow procedures
*Ability to write, speak and interact clearly, professionally, and grammatically correct is a must
*College degree or high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three years of hands-on administrative customer support experience
