CertiPath is focused on bringing facility and network access management for commercial clients and government agencies into the 21st century.
What will the Senior ESS Architect do?
You will work in a fast-paced environment where you will take a hands-on approach to helping a federal agency with its nationwide Physical Security Program Office (Program). You will lead a team of engineering professionals to develop standards and tools and to architect security solutions that ensure that the Program complies with complex federal and agency mandates. You will have the opportunity to work on intricate systems integrations and help the client recover from critical systems failures. Best of all, you’ll get to grow your experience while working alongside smart people to solve problems that make the world a safer, more efficient place.
Note : This is a hybrid position. The Senior ESS Architect will be onsite 3 days a week.
What does a typical day look like for the Senior ESS Architect?
The person in this position will do the following :
- Define and draft strategic and operational policies, standards, and procedures in accordance with Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (FICAM) and Program requirements
- Define system architecture and create a strategic roadmap for enterprise security solutions
- Provide technical guidance to clients and to internal engineering staff
- Present guidance and support to Program stakeholders on emerging federal policies
- Offer industry best practices and lessons learned from federal engagement past performance
- Maintain knowledge of current-generation technology and assist the client with the maintenance and replacement of end-of-life systems
