Aristocrat Berea Healthcare & Rehabilitation, a long-term care and Skilled nursing community located in Berea, Ohio is seeking a new or experienced Activities Director, CTRS, Recreational Therapist, or COTA to join our community and Certus Healthcare family!
Our community focuses on providing care for those living with Behavioral Health diagnosis as well as those looking for short term and long-term care options. With a dedicated Therapy team, we are looking for dedicated, compassionate individual looking to impact lives through recreational and/or therapeutic interventions. Currently seeking 1 qualified candidate to fill the opening. Starting negotiable hourly rate of $22 an hour!
This position would accommodate a flexible schedule, typically Monday through Friday with some need to cover holidays and weekends.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has prior experience as an Activities Director
- Holds a Certified Activities Director Certification, a CTRS, or an Occupational Therapist License
- Enjoys challenges and has knowledge of how to adapt activities to certain situations
- Has a positive and upbeat attitude
- Has prior knowledge of documentation as well as State and Federal Guidelines
This position is ideal for someone with behavioral health and long-term care background, who wishes to continue impacting lives daily through activity engagements. We are looking for this person to create and maintain a community activities calendar, implement the activities calendar, be a member of the interdisciplinary team within our community and overall create a positive environment.
