Certus Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Beckett House Healthcare & Rehabilitation located in New Concord, Ohio!

Current starting salary for this opportunity is $110K but is negotiable based on experience!

We are looking for someone with:
- A License in Nursing Home Administration with an Ohio License
- A strong, experienced, and confident leadership style
- With prior knowledge of operational and oversight functions within a long-term care community
- Experience with financials, hiring and overseeing directors, supervisors, consultants, and auxiliary personnel
- Knowledge of appropriate staffing requirements and confirming they are maintained daily
- Ability to serve as a liaison to the medical staff, and other professional and supervisory staff.
