Candlewood Healthcare & Rehabilitation, owned and operated by Certus Healthcare, is seeking experienced and newly certified (STNA) State Tested Nursing Assistance to join our team!
We currently have limited Full Time and Part Time positions available, so don't wait to apply!
Hourly rate is based on years of licensure and start at $15.50 an hour! opportunities to pick up extra shifts are available and include overtime and holiday pay!
These schedules follow a rotating weekend schedule where most Full-Time positions have Friday off one week and Monday off the second week. Other opportunities typically have Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays off each week!

We are interested in someone who:
- Has an active STNA or is a CNA ready to State Test!
- Has knowledge of state and federal standards
- Has a positive and upbeat personality
- Enjoys having daily positive interactions and is willing to work with multiple different levels of cognitive, physical, and psychological limitations
This position is ideal for a State Tested Nursing Assistant. We are looking for this person to assist with day-to-day ADL’s and interactions with our residents within our community and overall create a positive environment.
