We are currently seeking a Maintenance Director Full-Time 8am-4pm, with potential for after hours in case of emergency. The starting hourly wage for this position is $28.00 per hour.

We are interested in someone who:
- Has a background in maintenance
- Has experience in Long Term Care Environment
- Has knowledge of and can provide training on Life Safety
- Has experience supervising others
- Would enjoy maintaining the integrity of our community as well as assisting with resident’s maintenance needs
- Has knowledge of basic repairs
- Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, and General Maintenance
- Has a positive attitude
- Has a desire to help others
