Resident Assistant1st Shift

Niles Way Senior Living, owned and operated by Certus Healthcare, is seeking a Resident Assistant to join our team! We are looking for caring, motivated staff members to fill our afternoon and midnight turn 8 hour shifts. Must be able to work independently and prioritize work attendance.

Current opportunities are on our 1st shift working from 7am to 3:30pm. These are Part time positions at this time. Schedules include every other weekend rotation working an addition of only 1 or 2 days each week. Starting pay rate for this opportunity is $13 an hour.

• Has their CNA or prior Resident Assistant experience

This position is ideal for an individual who is interested in joining the healthcare industry or is a current Resident Assistant or a Certified Nursing Assistant. We are looking for this person to assist our Residents and Nurses with day-to-day care within our community and overall create a positive environment.
