Perrysburg Healthcare & Rehabilitation is currently seeking an Admissions Coordinator to join our team!
Do you have a background in Long Term Care Admissions or Insurance Authorizations, then this opportunity is for you!

We are interested in someone who:
- Is familiar with medical terminology
- Has at least once year experience with long term care admissions
- experience and comfort with running and reviewing benefits & eligibility
- experience and comfort with obtaining authorization from managed care insurances for nursing home stay
- Must be proficient with Microsoft office products
- Must have prior experience in long term care
- Has prior experience in customer service
This position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the healthcare field in a non-clinical role. This position will be responsible for completing inquiry calls with hospitals and families, will greet families and new residents, will complete facility tours and admissions paperwork. We are looking for this person to ensure consistent and effective process for coordination of admissions, bed management, and customer service in our community.
